BACKGROUND
EV20 is a humanized homolog of the murine ant-human HER3 (ErbB3) antibody. HER3 belongs to the tyrosine kinase receptor family and is highly expressed in most types of human cancer. It confers tumor cells a growth advantage and a resistance against cancer therapy.

PRODUCT
Each vial contains the indicated amount of IgG (HPLC, Prot. A) in 0,05% NaN3.

SPECIFICITY
EV20 does not recognize HER2, HER1 or HER4

STORAGE
Store frozen, avoid repeated freeze-thawing. Stable for 2 yrs.
