BACKGROUND
CD14 occurs in two forms, either membrane bound or soluble. As component of the innate immune system acts as co-receptor for the recognition of bacterial LPS (jointly with Toll-like receptors TLR4 and MD-2) and of the LPS-binding
protein.

PRODUCT
Each vial contains the indicated amount of IgG (HPLC, Prot. A) in 0,1% gelatine and 0,05% NaN3.

Mouse IgG1.

SPECIFICITY
Known also as LPS-R is expressed on: macrophages, granulocytes (dim), dendritic cells.

STORAGE
Store frozen, avoid repeated freeze-thawing. Stable for 2 yrs.
